At Indulgence Salon & MediSpa, we are dedicated to providing every guest with an exceptional experience in a relaxing and welcoming environment. To ensure the comfort of all our guests and professionals, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies.
Children
We love welcoming families to our salon. For the safety of everyone, children must remain under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. We kindly ask that they do not play on salon equipment no running through the salon and that indoor voices are used throughout your visit.
A Relaxing Environment
Our goal is to provide a peaceful atmosphere where every guest can unwind and enjoy their appointment. We appreciate your courtesy and consideration for those around you as well as the professionals serving you.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because each beauty professional at Indulgence Salon & MediSpa is an independent business owner, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations directly impact their business and the time they have reserved specifically for you.
We respectfully require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service, as determined by your individual service provider.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for our professionals’ time, allowing them to continue providing exceptional service to every guest.
